hehe as i said 
am going to post everyday…..umm but the prob is that i had some few things to sort out today……..thats y i havent been able to write big thing.. but i have been able to do some few things with my blog..yuppyyy….so u guys keep checking well as i read there are 20 types of blogs……….one of them is instructional..so i thought y not give a try with a sweet milkshake……refreshing…..easy and tasty!!! i love it! yummy….anyone can try it 
i guess all of u are old enough to use a blender now..but still b a carefull…….take carez!! n see u all tom 
This creamy milkshake provides a significant amount of calories to help meet your elevated energy needs. It’s also packed with calcium to help make your bones strong.
Prep time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 instant breakfast packet, any flavor
3/4 c. whole milk
1/4 c. heavy whipping cream
1/2 c. ice cream, any flavor
Utensils:
- blender (You’ll need help from your adult assistant.)
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Serves: 1
Serving size: 1 1/2 cups
