hmm :S

Today while i was swapping the channel i came across something really hmm catchy if i can say :S but its not right word!! it involved in much more emotions but yea it did grabbed my attention for sometime :S n i felt like crying..not in a negative way though..

well~~!! what i came across is a program where people on wheel chairs…who are not physically able like we “normal” people are … and the nurses were dancing with them.. its a dance therapy class i think which last for about 45 mins~~!!…..and through these 45 mins they are able to forget their grief of not being like the other normal human beings… they forget about things which they cannot do and dreams which they would have wished to fulfill. you could actually see the smile on the people’s face =]..  and it makes you think how much u have !! God has blessed us with so many things which is firstly our own body and sane mind!!.. and we can help so many other people who need help…… but yet what we keep doing is brooding and complaining about every little things!! which is human nature…and am one among unfortunately!! …

But now i do really feel like doing something good for others =]..and i’ll try my best..may be not right now..but in the future for sure .we got so much  which we can do to spread happiness…then why deprive ourselves from??

and these days!! love =|….i do accept its an important aspect in each of our lives..but i think its over valued =/* so many people are losing their life bcz of lost love…mainly among younsters…. personally i dont think its worth it!!…….if you cant b happy then invest urself in helping those in need =] n happiness will light upon u =]

am sure if people spend even one quarter of their time during which they fight and argue…and instead do something for them…their life and the world would b a better and peaceful place =]

thats it =]….. lol …..my feeling was so strong that i had to pen it down someone reads or not it doesnt really matter =]..but if yes then thanks

so hows been the first day of the fresh year?? i hope u all had a great time~~!

uhmm mine has been good~~! Actually i have been doing a lil bit of all the things i like  and which i think is important=)*….been eating chocolatess *yummyyy*…. studying a bit =)* [ its not like i love studying..lol.its just i will have to study whole year soo thats y]… been cleaning up one day b4 =P*….since on new year i dont want to do any workkk =P*….then been having fun with cousins…..wishing everyone i love…….and taking pics =D*…

As far as it concerns me…its been a complete day =]*…..

am sure u heard this line hmm very often……i have seen it often on people’s tag line too!!

*nobody is perfect and am nobody*….it makes me smile everytime i see this.. Despite the fact that we know….to achieve perfectness is impossible but yet we do dream of it….whether it is conscious or not…. =)*…n its good too i think it helps one to improve and get better as long as you dont make it an obssession its a self automating work out …

but…..:)…..its good to know that perfection doesnt exist and never will……so dont spend ur life after it…okay?? =)*…[ i know all of us have an ideal self....which means an image of how we want us to be...and a real self..the image of how u are now!!]…. and when these two self images are very different..one tends to remain sad and unhappy with watever one has!!..so create urself an achievable ideal image which u can improve with time ..

i will like to say..just accept urself the way u are..with ur flaws and qualities….which each n everyone of us has!!..even if some of us feel we have more flaws than qualities and vice versa…bcz pple love us with our flaws n qualites….n its wat make us unique!! if all of us were perfect…then there will be no uniqueness…..am right?? do think about it =)*

and just loveee urself the way u are!! =) life will seeem rosy and nice with their hardship embedded into but thats all where the fun is..isnt it?? ..if everything will b smooth then mayb life wouldnt b really worth it :O..and we wouldnt really know how to appreciate the happy moments =)*

soooooo…. live ur life fully~~!! and b urself and…..everyday wen u wake up..think of somethign good……then u will realize that everything will go on smoothly =)

most of the primary/and secondary exams are over =)*….big burden off ur head am sure!! even if u will feel satisfied only wen the results will b out =)*…it should b so..ur hard work will pay =)*…but till then i’ll hmm advice not really advice but just a friendly advice….*laughs* only word coming to my mind… to enjoyyyyy ur holidays plentifully =)*…it doesnt come over n over again…..so make the most out of it…..the results will b as u worked =P*..*i gone thru it lots of time* like any student……even if we feel that…..we worked better… *most of the time* veryy veryy rarely we will b like….o God….i never thought i worked that well….even if i would have loved it to happen again n again …..

well….em bit busy these days…….exams knocking at my door …..am really wishing not to open the door……but got any choice..isnt?? =P*

normally every person u come across *well not every*…but most of the people you know.. will ask how are you??…..now the question is…do they really want to know how you are ?? or its just a formality which goes on =P*..

i think its just a way to converse…no one really wants to know how you are doing everyday..isnt?? hmm make as if someone ask me hwo are u?? n i go about.. “well am not that fine..yesterday i had a stomach ache..had a digestion problem *smiles*…and i have having my midterms exams so am bit stressed out..i cant sleep properly..” etc… n everyday its the same thing…so yea the person is obviously going to get bored!!..i mean if i was in that person’s shoes..may be i would have stopped askign how are u =p*..lol am kidding…

i just wanted to convey that someone asking how are you doesnt really mean and want to know how you are..but just for the sake of!!..so do keep it short…unless its someone very close to u… =)* but even then avoid it…just once at a time these details are needed ..

i dont know wats the period going on …i’ve studied that during summer pple remain very agressive n all …….but i dont what season is going on…at times its like raining heavily n others a big sun =|…* i hate summer*!!…i dont think anyone over here loves it *thinking*…but am really feeling sad these days :’(…em feeling very blue lol n all kind of colours… *laughs*…..but i’ve learnt that we should focus on the lil things which make us smile..n thats exactly what am doing =)*..its called the * cognitive behavioural therapy*..its hard though!!…repressing feelings too aint good =/…*what should i do*?? =S….neways!! i will ask everyone else to really notice the little happiness n forget for sometime atleast your sorrow =)*

and the strangesssst thing is that am coming on my blog to write something!!….i am actually feeling like writing something here……..or else whenever i used to it was just for the sake of……or my friends would ask me to *winks*… guess its because am getting somehwere to pour in bit of my feelings =)*…..
